Payment of Town Accounts
The Town of Pelham offers several options for payment of amounts owing to the Town of Pelham.
These payment options are:
- Pre-authorized automatic withdrawal
- Payment through any financial institution
- Visa / MasterCard payments through Paymentus Corporation
- Debit Card / Cash / Cheque Payment
All payments of Town accounts must be received by the Town by 4:30 p.m. on the due date. Any payment received after this time is processed the next business day. Late fees will apply. Fees applicable can be found in the 2011 Consolidated Schedule of User Fees and Charges.
Pre-Authorized Automatic Withdrawal
Pre-authorized automatic withdrawal payment plans offer an easy, hassle-free payment option. Payments are always made on-time, avoiding any late payment charges and Town residents do not have to wait in line to make payments.

Payment Through Any Financial Institution
Payment of Town accounts can be made at any financial or by Internet through on-line banking. Please note that all payments must be made within 2 business days of the date due to ensure that the payment is received by the Town before late payment charges accrue.
Visa / MasterCard
The Town of Pelham offers Visa and MasterCard as a payment option. The Town of Pelham is now accepting Visa/MasterCard payments by phone or internet. Visa and MasterCard payments have been added as an additional option to Town residents based on requests made at Town Hall.
Please note that a convenience fee is applied when using Visa and MasterCard.
The convenience fee charge is as follows:

Town residents have two options to pay by Visa or MasterCard:
- To pay by phone please call the toll-free number 1-888-466-1297 and follow the pre-recorded instructions. Please be sure to have your bill or statement in hand to ease the process.

Payments made by Visa and MasterCard are processed the next business day. Please ensure that your payment is made one business day before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
Debit Card / Cash / Cheque Payments
The town of Pelham accepts debit card, cash and cheque payments at the Town Hall. All payments made by one of these methods are processed on the date of the transaction.
