Voters’ List Information
New for 2010
Starting on September 1st, 2010 you may use the new “Voter Lookup Service” to determine if you are on the Voters’ List. Please enter your given name and surname, in addition to your qualifying municipal address. If you are on the Voters' List, you will be provided with the information about where you may vote, including Advance Polling Locations (open to electors in all wards, all polls) in addition to your specific voting location for election day.

What if you need to be added to the list?
Should your name not be found on the Voters' List, there are a number of opportunities available to add yourself to the list. As required under the Municipal Elections Act, persons may make an application to the Clerk requesting his/her name to be added or removed from the voters' list, or that information on the voters' list relating to the person be amended. This application shall be in writing and forms are available for this purpose. You are encouraged to contact the Town Clerk to obtain the required form, which must be completed, signed and subsequently approved by the Clerk or her designate.
How do you obtain the required form?
- Call the Town Clerk, Nancy Bozzato, at 905-892-2607, ext. 315; or
- E-mail the Town Clerk at NJBozzato@pelham.ca to request that a form be mailed to you;
- Come to the municipal office at 20 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill, during normal working hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday),
