Pelham issues Fire Ban due to dry weather and air conditions

Pelham, ON – Effective Wednesday June 7, 2023, Town of Pelham Fire Chief Bob Lymburner has declared an open-air burn ban due to continued dry conditions and impacts from the smoke plumes from the ongoing forest fires in Quebec and Northeastern Ontario.
There will be no open-air burning or fireworks permitted in the Town of Pelham until further notice.

Pelham, ON – The Town of Pelham is putting down roots for Earth Week by planting 30 native species trees through the support of a $15,000 investment from the Niagara Community Foundation Environmental Grants Program.
