Warmer weather and seasonal activities, festivals and events mean more residents and visitors are enjoying Pelham’s outdoor amenities, facilities, parks and trails, and their safety is the By-Law Department’s main priority. The Town of Pelham is eager to help kids run, jump, and play every day this summer by offering free activities for youth and families in partnership with the Healthy Kids Community Challenge Niagara.
