The Niagara Region is seeking nominations for the 16th annual T. Roy Adams Humanitarian Award.
T. Roy Adams was an eminent Niagaran, well known throughout the Region, Canada, and abroad for his service to God, his country and his fellow citizens.

Winter Operations

As the winds and recurring drifting conditions continued to be a problem, town crews have been working long hours attempting to keep the drifting snow under control and roads open. We are hoping with upcoming warm weather, we will get a reprieve from the blowing and drifting. Plowing of all in town subdivisions will continue at 4:00 am Tuesday (Jan 9th). We appreciate your patience while we continue to struggle with these challenging conditions.

Pelham, ON – Questions related to allegations of fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation, or wrongdoing have been answered and proven false through an exhaustive 100-page final report by KPMG. As a result, Pelham Town Council determined there is no need for an additional public meeting.
Questions and concerns regarding other Town business will continue to be answered through usual channels.

KPMG Final Report - Forensic Investigation

KPMG, a national, industry-leading auditing firm, completed their final report and submitted their findings on Dec. 18, 2017.
The independent, third party forensic investigation of all transactions and documents related to the East Fonthill Development Project, was led by Karen Grogan, senior vice president, KPMG Forensic Inc. and concluded that the Town of Pelham acted in full compliance with legislative requirements of its bylaws and the Municipal Act.
