Town of Pelham receives $67,377 to support Municipal Natural Asset Management Plan

Pelham, ON – The Town of Pelham will begin developing a Municipal Natural Asset Management Plan following a Greenbelt area analysis with $63,377 in support from the Greenbelt Foundation's Resilient Greenbelt program.

Current details:
Hot and humid conditions expected Wednesday July 26th through Friday July 28th.

Temperatures on Wednesday are expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius. Thursday, while slightly cooler, will be very humid with humidex values in the upper thirties. Friday is expected to be extremely hot with humidex values reaching 40 for many areas. Minimum temperatures in the low twenties will provide little relief from the heat....

Severe thunderstorm warning issued for:

   St. Catharines - Grimsby - Northern Niagara Region, Ont. (046710)

At 11:52 a.m. EDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing pea to dime size hail and heavy rain.
