To encourage #shoplocal and #shoppelham the Town of Pelham issues "Pelham Bucks" certificates that can be redeemed at participating local businesses for a range of products and services.
How do I receive Pelham Bucks?
Pelham Bucks are issued from the Town of Pelham throughout the year.
Community members can receive them at events, both in person and virtual, as part of prizes and other incentives offered by the town.
I have Pelham Bucks - how do I use them?
Your Pelham Bucks can be redeemed at participating Pelham Businesses. They have no cash value.
For a listing of all participating business, please see below.
Yes, all Pelham Bucks have an expiration date listed on the front of the certificate. Please ensure you are using the Pelham Bucks prior to this date.
I own a local business, how can I be part of Pelham Bucks?
Your business can participate in the program by completing the following registration.
As a local business, you can expect the following benefits by joining the Pelham Bucks Program:
- free registration
- increased traffic to your business during the holiday season
- full listing on the Town of Pelham website as an official participant
- official sticker to be placed on the door of your business
- prompt reimbursement during the program
- permanent membership (until you decide to no longer participate)

How to accept Pelham Bucks Certificates at your business:
Certificates will have the cash value identified on the Pelham Bucks.
- Each certificate is pre-numbered.
- The certificate has no cash value; items purchased must be equivalent to or exceed the value.
- The certificates reflect expiry dates. Expired certificates are not to be accepted.
Certificates include the following details on the reverse of the certificate.
Submitting Pelham Bucks Certificates to the Town for Reimbursement:
- The vendor will submit an invoice itemizing the certificates and the total dollar amount being submitted for reimbursement.
- The collected certificates must be attached to the invoice.
- The vendor has 6 months from the Pelham Buck Expiry Date to submit them.
- Please send your invoice and certificates to the attention of Vickie vanRavenswaay.
