Join our Adult swim lessons to progress through three levels, each designed to build your skills and confidence in the water.

Adult 1: You'll work towards a 10-15m swim on your front and back. You'll do jump entries from the side and recover an object from the bottom in chest-deep water.
Adult 2: Two interval training workouts of 4x25m kicking on your front or back. You'll work on dive entries and demonstrate breaststroke for 10-15m.
Adult 3: You'll learn eggbeater, stride entries, and compact jumps. This level includes a 300m continuous swim.
