Please be advised of the following road closure:

WHERE: Cream Street between Tice and Metler Road, including the intersection at Metler Road. 

WHY: For the purpose of road resurfacing.

WHEN: Wednesday October 13, 2021 to Thursday October 14, 2021 

ALTERNATE ROUTE: Please use Tice Road, Balfour Street, and Cream Street heading north from Metler Road as alternate routes.

Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Road 29 (Webber Rd.) from east of RR 529 (Effingham St.) to west of RR 36 (South Pelham Rd.) in the Town of Pelham will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting.

The road closure is necessary to remove and replace a twin culvert that crosses RR 29 (Webber Rd.).

Construction on Pelham Street between Port Robinson Road and John Street, as part of the Pelham Street Phase 2 construction project, is underway. 

The reconstruction of Pelham Street include the installation of of new storm sewer and watermain, new sidewalks, and widening of the road platform. One lane of traffic will remain open during the course of the construction, and lengthy delays may occur. Alternate routes are recommended.
