Interim property tax bills coming due

Interim property tax bills were mailed out earlier this month.
The Town of Pelham is reminding residents that the first property tax payment of 2019 is due Thursday, February 28, 2019. Payments must be made by 4:30 p.m. on the due date regardless of whether a tax bill has been received.
The Town of Pelham offers various payment options, including multiple preauthorized payment plans. These plans allow you to space out payments over a span of 10 or 12 months for residents who prefer to budget monthly...
Survey on old Pelham Arena land now available

Residents are asked to provide feedback on whether to sell or retain a portion of the old Pelham Arena property for development purposes.
The existing parkland, paddle tennis club, playground, and wooded area along the west side will be retained by the Town.
The area occupied by the arena building, parking area, outside storage/works area, and multi-purpose court are proposed to be sold for development purposes.

Town Hall closed for Family Day

Please be advised that Pelham Town Hall and administrative offices will be closed Monday, February 18, 2019, for Family Day. Regular business hours resume on Tuesday, February 19.
The Meridian Community Centre will be open from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Family Day and is the site for free activities throughout the day.

Council meeting pushed back a day due to Family Day

A reminder that next week's Council meeting is pushed back a day, to TUESDAY, February 19, at 6:30 p.m.
This change is due to the Family Day holiday on Monday, Feb. 18.

Weiland Heights and Lookout park session rescheduled

Please be advised that the first concept plan review for the future Lookout Park, scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 13, has been rescheduled to Thursday, Feb, 21 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. The session will still be held at Fire Station #1, 177 HWY 20 west. We hope to see you out next week.
