To make sure you are on the municipal and provincial voters' list, visit the Elections Ontario Website.
To register to vote in the municipal and provincial election, visit the Elections Ontario Voter Registration Website. If you are unable or choose not to register online, you can complete a physical voter registration form. Forms are available for access and printing through the following link: Elections Ontario Voter Registration Forms. Once completed, forms can be emailed to register@elections.on.ca with a scanned copy of your ID and/or any other required documentation. Alternatively, forms can be mailed along with a photocopy of one piece of accepted ID and/or other required documentation to: Register to Vote
