Public Notice: Notice of Procedural By-law Update

In accordance with the Town of Pelham Public Notice Policy, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pelham hereby gives notice of its intention to update the Procedural By-Law and to repeal and replace By-Law No. 4107(2019), as amended on January 30, 2023 at its regular meeting of council.

The Procedural By-law, is a By-law to govern the proceedings of the Town of Pelham Council, its Committees, the conduct of its Members and the calling of Meetings.
