Public Notice: Friday, November 22, 2024.
In accordance with the Town of Pelham Public Notice Policy S201-14, Council of the Town of Pelham hereby gives notice of its intention to pass a by-law re-establishing ward boundaries within the municipality.
This proposed by-law will be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council on:

As part of Pelham’s commitment to equitable representation, this by-law will address population growth and demographic shifts by re-dividing the existing ward boundaries.
A copy of the draft by-law and associated schedules detailing the adjusted ward boundaries are appended to the November 20, 2024, Council Agenda. These documents will also be available by request to the Town Clerk’s office. The documents will be published again as part of the December 4, 2024, Council agenda package by noon on November 29, 2024.
